We advise to hand wash only due to the high dishwasher temperatures and harsh detergents which will not affect the mug itself but can damage and fade the printed image. The mugs are printed using a high temperature sublimation method locking in the image colours and preserving the quality. We may offer a refund or re-issue the order and in some cases may wish the item to be returned before this is processed. If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately and send 2-3 different angled clear photographs of the issue. If your item arrives and the box/packaging is damaged please ask the courier to wait whilst you check the item inside is in good condition, if it isn't you may refuse the delivery and the courier will mark this as refused and it will be returned to us where we will issue a replacement or refund upon receipt. If you have ordered an item incorrectly please contact us within 1 hour of ordering, after this the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
The items are printed to order therefore we do not accept returns. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure any items are collected within this timescale. If you are arranging ‘click and collect’ (Argos etc) we will ship to the address specified, however please make sure you are able to collect the item within the specified timescales as listed in their terms and conditions. In the event that the item is undelivered and returned to us, we will happily arrange for this to be re-sent subject to the buyer covering additional postage costs. Royal Mail will leave a card advising where your parcel has been left, or details of the delivery office it is being held with. Please note, during busier times such as the Christmas period, deliveries may take slightly longer than the estimated timescales, we advise to order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
