In August 2020, the circuit signed a new partnership with cloud software company CM.Com, which sees the circuit officially renamed CM.Com Circuit Zandvoort. After a coronavirus-enforced delay, the circuit was packed to the rafters when the Grand Prix returned in 2021 to witness a Verstappen win en route to the eventual world title.
